DIKKE (real name Mohamed Eddahbi Agounad, born November 10, 1997) is a Belgian rapper known for his poetic lyrics, authenticity, and unmistakable flow. Growing up in Lummen and Maasmechelen, he discovered his love for music through his brothers’ CDs — a passion that evolved into one of the most promising careers in Belgian hip-hop.
The story behind DIKKE
The youngest of five children, Mohamed grew up in a family of miners. He started writing his first lyrics at a young age, inspired by Dutch-language rap on YouTube and his own poetry. What began as amateur videos on Facebook and Instagram quickly evolved into an authentic sound that stood out for its honesty and identity.
Under the name DIKKE, he signed with Top Notch Belgium, where he released his debut album 130 Kilo in 2021 — an album that entered straight at number one in the Belgian Ultratop charts. The success was followed by Nooduitgang and Beef Met Mezelf, confirming his position at the top of the Flemish hip-hop scene.
