The story behind the cover band Hit The Shower
The idea for Hit The Shower originated with singer-guitarist Pieter Schrevens and drummer Bert Van Damme, who previously shared the stage during Humo’s Rock Rally with Five Days. The connection was instant: music needed to be about fun, spontaneity and genuine connection with the audience again.
When keyboardist Toon Smet — who previously played with Flemish pop band Bandits — joined the duo, all the pieces fell into place. Their shared mission? To break down the imaginary wall between band and audience and turn every performance into one collective musical experience.
The concept works. In just over a year and a half, Hit The Shower has already played more than 100 shows. From intimate private parties and corporate events to festivals and larger stages, they consistently get people singing, dancing and letting go.

No. Hit The Shower provides everything themselves. PA system, backline, lighting and essential stage equipment are included in the standard fee. This setup is suitable for events of up to approximately 150 guests.
Can we request specific songs?
Absolutely! Hit The Shower is open to song requests and will do their best to include your musical preferences in the set. This makes every performance even more personal.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, that is possible. For outdoor performances, a flat and dry surface is required. In case of rain, we kindly ask that adequate cover is provided so the show can proceed safely.
